These terms govern your use of the 24digital website and the services we provide. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
About us
24digital is a digital agency based in George and Cape Town, Western Cape. Contact: info@24digital.co.za, 082 866 8594.
Our services
We provide website design, hosting, search engine optimisation (SEO), social media, Google Ads, Google Business Profile management and related digital services, on a monthly subscription basis, as described on our Plans page.
Plans, pricing and payment
- Prices are quoted individually per client in South African Rand (ZAR) and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. Your fees are the ones set out in the written proposal or quote we provide to you.
- A once-off setup fee applies to get your website built and launched, after which a monthly fee is payable.
- Advertising spend (for example Google Ads or Facebook Ads budgets) is billed separately from our fees.
- Monthly fees are payable monthly in advance. We may suspend services for accounts that are not paid up.
No contracts and cancellation
Our plans run month-to-month with no fixed-term contract, and you may cancel at any time by giving us reasonable notice. Because your website and hosting are provided as part of your monthly subscription, they remain part of that service — if you cancel, the website and hosting we provide are discontinued, unless a separate arrangement to purchase the website is agreed in writing.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide the content, information and approvals we need to deliver your services, and to ensure that any material you provide does not infringe anyone else's rights.
Intellectual property
While you are subscribed, 24digital retains ownership of the website and code we develop and host as part of your subscription. You retain ownership of your own content, logos and brand materials.
Third-party services
Some services rely on third-party platforms (such as Google, Meta and our hosting provider), which have their own terms. We are not responsible for changes to, or the availability of, those third-party platforms.
Limitation of liability
We provide our services with reasonable care and skill, but to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
